At Wi craft, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy. Please read it carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.
Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging.
- We do not accept returns on custom or personalized products, sale items, or damaged products caused by misuse or mishandling.
- Return Process

- Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions on how to send the product back to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Returns must be shipped within 15 – 20 days of receiving the return instructions. Failure to return the product within this time frame will void the return request.
Refund Policy

- Refunds are available for returns that meet our return eligibility criteria outlined above.
- Refunds will only be processed once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.
- Refund Deductions
- Shipping Charges: The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. This includes both the initial shipping cost and any return shipping charges.
- Restocking Fee: A 30% deduction of the product’s regular price will apply as a restocking fee to cover handling and processing costs.
- Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Custom or personalized products.
- Sale items or items marked as final sale.
- Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds for orders paid by cash on delivery (COD) will be issued through bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods.
Important Notes
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
- Condition of Returned Products: We can only accept returns for products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Exchange Policy: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
